Now you can be assured that products sold locally have been grown or reared in the New Forest by looking for produce which carries the New Forest Marque®. This symbol identifies food and crafts which are produced using high standards in relation to production, animal welfare and husbandry.
 You may also see restaurants, shops and accommodation providers displaying the Marque. This shows that they are associate members of the scheme and sell, provide or support local produce. Look out for the sign of Local Produce.

 Any business showing this sign you can be sure will be using local produce, from sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, bread, eggs, jams, honey and of course local bacon to name but a few.
